As a kid, I had always been the dreamer, the one who is always up in the clouds thinking of ways to express my emotions, to express how I see the world. Visuals (photography and drawing) helped me to find a way to tell people what I see, what I am, and how I feel. Recently, I have turned some of my drawings into digital art, just as a fun hobby to do at home that can easily take me to another dimension when I need to wind down.
"Versi Amari di Vermout" is a multimedia poetry project that blends verse and illustration. It follows a woman's quest for independence and self-acceptance as she navigates the challenges of adulthood across different countries. The poems explore the unique experiences of our generation, grappling with an abundance of opportunities and tools while facing the pressure to choose the "right" path. Through her bittersweet journey, the protagonist grapples with questions of identity, resilience, and the ever-evolving meaning of independence in a complex world.
